The scene finishes, and my lovely GF (who has never seen SW before) WHIPS her head around in shock and asks’ “Did he just kill those kids?” I start laughing, and she just starts repeating.”Oh my god, oh my god, that’s so F-d up!”
When Obi-Wan high grounds tf out of Anakin, she starts to cheer “yes suffer child killer!” It was beautiful. I love knowing her first Vader appearance will be RO! The hallway scene is about to go CRAZY!
EDIT: I was showing her this thread, and she has no sympathy for Anakin. I NEED her to see TCW now 😩
EDIT 2: Anakin is one of my favorite characters because of how he impacts my true favorites like Obiwan, Rex, and Ahsoka. It makes their stories more hard hitting.
