That tension didn’t go away. In the Legends timeline, just two months after Geonosis, the war escalated fast. The Separatists launched a full-scale assault right at the heart of the Republic’s war machine — Kamino. They knew exactly where the clones were coming from, and they came to destroy it.

Right at the start of Star Wars: Republic #50, we see Anakin and Obi-Wan flying above the stormy oceans of Kamino, locked in a dogfight with Separatist ships.
