The Delusional Nurse Had Crush on Darth Vader
The story is set on the Death Star, which is under Darth Vader’s command. There’s a medical team there, including one doctor and a nurse. The nurse develops a crush on Darth Vader, a feeling she soon realizes is a huge mistake.
Whenever Darth Vader appears before the troops and pilots, the nurse can’t help but admire him, seeing him as a figure of immense power. She’s even supposed to help with his surgery in the medical bay.
Before the surgery, she accidentally bumps into Darth Vader, and this close encounter leaves her more smitten than ever. She even daydreams about being the one to unmask him.
However, she gets so caught up in her fantasies that she arrives late for the surgery. The doctor ends up doing it alone. After the surgery, Darth Vader, using his Force powers, pushes the doctor away as a warning to keep better control of the medical bay.
The nurse mistakenly believes Vader’s actions are to protect her, which only feeds her delusions.
She becomes even more obsessed, going so far as to collect Vader’s blood from his wounds and keep his forgotten cape, thinking he left it for her.
She treasures the cape in her room, but the doctor finds out about her collection and throws it away.
Upset and not thinking clearly, she decides to confront Darth Vader in his quarters. She’s heard he never locks his quarters because he fears no one, but she convinces herself he’s expecting her.
When she enters his quarters, she sees Vader without his mask and thinks this confrontation will make him respond to her feelings.
Unfortunately, the encounter ends in tragedy. Vader, showing no interest or mercy, uses his lightsaber to end her life.
With the nurse’s body on the floor, Vader orders someone to “Come get this garbage out of my quarters.”
