Yes, but you might not want to try dating one! One of the meanings behind a red lightsaber is passion.
Passion is not the same as love. It’s lust, pride, and positiveness. Not necessarily evil, but can be taken too far and become toxic.
Sith has more freedom when it comes to emotion, but they see love as a weakness. Which is ironic since love is one of the ways that a Jedi falls to the Dark Side.
(Looking at you, Anakin Skywalker.) Relationships are attachments and any attachment is a weakness for a Sith.
They can have sex. Get married. Have children. But in most cases, this ends badly because love leads to compassion and empathy.

What Was The Sith’s View On Romantic Attachments?
Not expressly forbidden but not good. It’s ok for Sith to want sex, but the moment one falls in love is when weakness sets in.
The two are not always linked, and for many Sith this was fine. Pleasure of the body is fine as long as you don’t get attached to the one giving it to you.
Romance means you care about your partner’s feelings. You want them to be happy and are willing to sacrifice things for them to be happy.
The Sith Order (not to be confused with the Sith species) was against that. In order to achieve the ultimate power, a Sith must always put themselves first.
They must value their life over everyone else’s, including friends and family. Even the slightest act of kindness can lead to a Sith’s downfall.
Did Sith Have Relationships?
When we hear “relationship”, we tend to think romantically. But there are many kinds of relationships, and the Sith have had them all.
Even if we stick to canon, we have many examples to work with. Maul clearly loved his brother Savage Opress and their mother Tazin.
Maul grieved for Savage and did his best to avenge him. He would later seek out Erza Bridger to be his new apprentice.
Promising Erza that they could do great things together as friends and brothers. Maul wanted a relationship similar to what he had with Savage and his former master, Palpatine.
Dooku thought of Qui-Gon Jinn as his son and extended that affection to Obi-Wan Kenobi. Dooku originally attempted to track down the Sith Master so he could avenge his fallen former Padawan.
But, by the time he found out who the Sith Master was, he wanted to join the Sith. This didn’t stop Dooku from trying to save Obi-Wan’s life twice.
Sadly, it would be one of the reasons that Palpatine let him die at Anakin Skywalker’s hand. Palpatine also killed everyone in his own family and formed a bond with Darth Plagueis that bordered on friendship and respect.
Darth Vader cared enough about Ahsoka Tano to chastise her when she said she would avenge Anakin’s death. He also mocked Obi-Wan, telling his former master that he shouldn’t have come back.
And, of course, there’s his bond to Luke Skywalker. His son. Though he barely knew he was a father, knowing that his child was still alive gave him something to work for.
He wanted Luke by his side. With his son, Vader could kill the Emperor and take his place. Making the Rule of Two perfect for this family.
Not to mention the way Vader learned about his daughter. He couldn’t kill Luke and he never knew Leia was his daughter.
Now we have to talk about Kylo Ren and Han Solo. Many believe that Kylo wasn’t a true Sith. Merely a stand in and a potential vessel for Palpatine.
Given his Skywalker lineage and Kylo’s own adoration of his grandfather (Darth Vader/Anakin Skywalker), this made him the perfect tool. He just had to kill his father first.
Most Sith didn’t have a healthy relationship with their families, but the Skywalkers had a ton of baggage to work through. And episode nine did give us that closure.
Did Any Sith Have Wives?
Yes. Marriage is not forbidden. It poses a risk since a partner and children can be used against you.
If you look at the Sith species, we don’t know if they had a marriage. The Sith Order is made up of many races and thus carries their customs with them.
Being in love with a Sith tends to end up in death. Darth Vader was married though she died during childbirth.
Did Any Sith Have Children?
Darth Vader is the most famous, but he isn’t the only one. We know that Palpatine had a son (but that’s all we know, thanks, Disney.)
Sadly, we don’t have any names for Sith families. We know that the Eternal Emperor Valkorion had children.
But most of these were kidnapped and later became vessels for his mind. The only two that might have been his are Arcann and Thexan.
However, the body that we see in a cinematic is not Valkorion’s real body. He stole it and led the Eternal Empire into a war against the Republic and the Sith.
Considering how much material is available, there’s no doubt that Sith have made families. We just don’t have anything listed at the time of this writing.
In Conclusion
Sith can have relationships. Most of them end in death, but it proves that the Sith aren’t that different from other people.
Sith desires companionship sometimes. They make bonds just like anyone else. But love is a weakness, and that’s something the Sith avoid at all costs.
